I became an active parent of the organization back in 1976 when my daughter, Judi, was introduced to the activity. There are so many years of fond memories ... last-minute hunting for uniforms the week before the first show ... rides on freezing school buses in the dead of winter ... baking enough chocolate chip cookes to feed an army for our concession stand ... sleeping on gymnasium floors when we went out of state ... except for that one time when we slept on a floor of a firehouse in Portland(?) Maine and the alarm went off! Good times ... good times ... I wouldn't have traded any of it for the world. |

Hi All, I've been living in South Florida for 12yrs now and love it! I can't do those winters anymore...I prefer to be outside and play everyday. Married, one child a daughter who is a beautiful person/soul named Cherise who was also a member STLF. She lives here in Florida also.....no grandchildren yet :-) I'm a RN, worked for many years in thr ER but am now searching for a more peaceful environment till my retirement... Hi! Well here goes! I am currently working for an insurance company in Woburn and am a manager. I stopped teaching guard about 2 1/2 years ago to plan my wedding and focus on my career more. I have been married now for just over a year. We are living in Lynn and trying to buy our first home! I have a boxer named Titan who is my little man! Love him! |

About Me
I was just recently married last May to the sweetest man in the world. I always said to myself that I would never marry a cop, but I did. He is such a nice guy and I'm so happy that my life turned out this way. It took a long time to find "the one", but he was worth the wait. We just bought a nice house in Reading and it feels awesome to have our own home. I just turned "The Big 40" last month, boy does time just fly by. I don't have any children as of yet. We are hoping soon!! My Mom and Dad want grand babies! I often think back of the days in drill. It was a huge part of my life. It was so much fun. I believe drill team keeps kids disciplined and shows you how to respect others. I'm grateful that I had so many friends and could be a part of it. I would love to hear from you!! Kelly

My name is Kerry Brown (Guiffre) and I marched with Linda and Nancy starting back in the early 80's. These were the best days of my life...up until I had children of course. Going to Camp Davis, meeting not only plenty of friends with STLF, but with other colorgaurds that I am still in touch with. All of you were wonderful to be with, to travel with, to sleep on church floors with, and to march with. Thank you for the memories! |
